We provide free educational live training for real estate professionals, covering topics such as lead generation, personal branding, content, and follow-up systems. All content is educational and informational only. Attending a training does not create a client, agency, employment, or partnership relationship.

2. Eligibility and Registration

• Our training is intended for adults, primarily licensed real estate professionals.
• You agree to provide accurate registration information so we can send your invite link and reminders.
• Seats are limited. We may close registration or reschedule a session, in which case we will notify registrants.

3. No Earnings or Results Guarantees

Any case studies, testimonials, or examples shown (including client results) reflect individual experiences and are not typical, nor a promise or guarantee that you will achieve similar results. Your outcomes depend on many factors, including your effort, market, and experience. We make no guarantees regarding listings, closings, leads, followers, or income.

4. Acceptable Conduct

During live sessions you agree not to harass other attendees, share unlawful or infringing content, or disrupt the training. We may remove anyone who violates these standards.

5. Intellectual Property

All training materials, videos, text, graphics, and branding on our sites are owned by Grow With Us Agency or our licensors. You may view them for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not copy, record, redistribute, or resell our content without prior written permission.

6. Third-Party Services

Registration, video playback, and the live session run through third parties (such as our form/CRM provider, Vimeo, and Zoom) and calendar providers you choose to use. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their downtime or actions.

7. Disclaimers

Our sites and training are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the sites will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Grow With Us Agency and Dre Medici will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of our sites or training. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service at issue (our live training is free).
